ANGEL DIVE TEAM

The Angel Dive Centre Team is comprised of a group of international divers certified by many associations, who will supervise and teach scuba diving in several languages.
The team of Angel Dive is manage around highly experienced instructors certified with many different associations

Angel Dive Owner:
Tran Hoang Phuong organizes the logistics of the diving trips. Phuong is also a ‘chef’ and owns the Thanh Thanh café, serving Vietnamese, French and Italian cuisine.
She will welcome you in the dive centre and help you to find what your looking for, according to your needs and wishes.

The Manager / Instructor Trainer :
Mr. Frederic Loreau is a diving instructor since 1998 and has worked in the diving industry in many different countries around the world.
With over 8000 professional dives he teaches and shares his diving experiences with many associations as PADI, SSI, SDI, TDI and he is an SSI instructor Trainer.
Frederic is one of the first SSI, SDI and TDI instructors in Nha Trang and the first SSI Instructor Trainer living in Nha Trang . He uses his professionalism and background to organise dive trips according to the level and needs of all divers on board.

Advanced Open Water Instructor:
Mr Eamonn Murphy (Murph), From Ireland, he trained here as Dive Master and Instructor. He has good experience of the diving in Nha Trang as he has been working here for several years. He also has experiences in other diving destinations.

Open Water Instructor:
Ms Kim Hoang Ta (Kim) has been diving in Nha Trang for more than 6 years and has great local knowledge of the dive sites and where to find the more elusive marine life. Kim completed the Dive Control Specialist course with Angel Dive and continued further to become the 'Youngest Female Vietnamese SSI Open Water Instructor', Kim is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Assistant Instructors & Dive Guides :
Our professional guides are certified with different associations and will always handle a small amount of divers (four divers maximum) for every group to ensure safety and fun.
All of them have been fully trained with the Angel Dive team and perfectly fit the spirit of our scuba dive company phylosophy.

Phuong started diving with Angel Dive in 2005 as an Open Water Diver, before becoming a DiveMaster then a Dive Control Specialist. With 1000's of dives Phuong can show you the wide diversity of the marine life in Nha Trang or find those more elusive fish.

Nguyen has been working as a DiveMaster in Nha Trang since 2004 and as knows the dive sites like the back of his hand, Now a Dive Control Specialist with 1000's of dives under his belt he is the perfect choice to show you his wonderful underwater world. Nguyen is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

JC from Quebec in Canada, was working in NhaTrang before he discovered the underwater world during his SSI Open Water Course in 2010. After getting 'hooked' JC did a 5 month internship with us to become Dive Control Specialist before returning to Canadian life. He missed the good life in Vietnam so much that he returned in 2012 to work as an Assistant Instructor and is a candidate for the next SSI Open Water Instructor Course.

 

Michael from Ireland, completed a 1 day diving Resort Dive mini course, after getting hooked on the underwater world he went for the full SSI Open Water Licence but this wasn't enough so decided to GO PRO. After a holiday in Thailand he came back and completed theDive Control Specialist internship in March 2012 and is now working as an Assistant Instructor.

Dive Control specialist and dive master trainees:

Angeldive is always looking for Dive Control Specialist and Dive Master trainees to complete the Angel Dive team. Those people, that we call often staff are essential for the Angel Dive team and participe actively to the life of our scuba dive club.
Join our team and learn to become a professional scuba diver with our Dive Master and Dive Control Specialist internship.

Tom from Australia, took a career break from work to travel Asia by bicycle, while in Nha Trang he completed the 1 day Discovery Dive program and after the 1st dive had decided to do the Open Water Course. When the course was finished he wanted to satisfy his thirst for adventure and signed up for 3 month intership to become assistant instructor with a goal to become an Open Water Instructor.

Angelo from France, had experience diving but many years ago and while living in Vietnam wanted to get back into diving so signed up for the 3 month Internship to become Dive Control Specialist.

Nick from the UK, A BSAC Sports Diver who learned to dive in the chilli waters of England and Wales wanted to take his diving to the next level and after a few weeks searching around Nha Trang to choose a dive center where he felt at home and choose Angel Dive. Now a Master Diver, Nick is starting the Dive Guide Training, then will move onto DiveMaster before becoming an Assistant Instructor.

Mike from the US, come with after strarting an internship with an other company and already nearly finish his level of Dive Control Specialist.

Past Trainees 2012

Albert from Spain, completed his Stress and Rescue Diver then went to Thailand to explore the reefs before comint back to train for Dive Control Specialist Albert is looking forward to completing the course and going to the next level of SSI Open Water Instructor. Now working as an Instructor in Vietnam.

Jerome from France, had already learnt to dive in the more chilli waters off France. He wanted the next level so he could work in diving and took the Dive Control Specialist challenge. Now working as an Instructor in Indonesia.

Past Trainees 2011

Hugo from Spain, did the Dive Control Specialist internship followed by the SSI Open Water and Advanced Open Water Instructor course, he is now working in Nha Trang.

Hamit from Austria, Completed the Dive Control Specialist internship before going to work in Thailand where he did his Instructor course, after 1 year he is back in Nha Trang working as a freelance Instructor.

Fred from Belgium did his PADI Divemaster in Nha Trang more than 10 years ago, he came back and crossed over to SSI Dive Guide and began training for Dive Control Specialist then did the SSI Open Water Instructor course. He is still working in Nha Trang.

Michelle from Argentina, already a diver he did the SSI Open Water Instructor and is now working in France.
